1. What are the systems requirements for Hertz Drums?
Minimal requirements:
Mac:
Mac OS 10.13 or newer (64 bit) 8 GB Ram Display 1280×1024 64 bit AU, VST or AAX host application.
Windows:
Windows 7 or newer (64 bit) 8 GB Ram Display 1280×1024 64 bit VST or AAX host application.
2. Can I use Hertz Drums without buying the libraries?
With purchasing Hertz Drums software you will get Mini Pack for free.
3. Can I use Hertz Drums as Standalone application?
Yes.
4. How can I install Hertz Drums?
MAC:
- Open the installation HertzDrums.pkg file.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
- Open the program in your DAW.
- To start working with the samples, click on the settings icon of the top menu, then click “+” button and select your .hdlib library file.
- To start working with the grooves, click on the settings icon of the top menu. Select “Grooves” section, then click “+” button and select your .hdmid library file.
Windows:
- Open the installation HertzDrums.exe file.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
- Open the program in your DAW.
- To start working with the samples, click on the settings icon of the top menu, then click “+” button and select your .hdlib library file.
- To start working with the grooves, click on the settings icon of the top menu. Select “Grooves” section, then click “+” button and select your .hdmid library file.
*If you have any problems during the installation, try to disable your antivirus.
5. Do I need a Kontakt to run Hertz Drums?
To run Hertz Drums you don’t need a Kontakt.
6. How can I delete Hertz Drums?
To uninstall this software, please make the following steps:
MAC:
- Delete settings folder: /Library/Application Support/Hertz Instruments
- Delete vst3 file: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/HertzDrums.vst3
- Delete AU file: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/HertzDrums.component
- Delete AAX file: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/HertzDrums.aaxplugin
- Delete Standalone file: /Applications/Hertz Drums.app
Windows:
- Delete settings folder: C:\ProgramData\Hertz Instruments
- Delete vst3 folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Hertz Instruments
- Delete aax file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins\HertzDrums.aaxplugin
- Delete standalone file: C:\Program Files\Hertz Instruments\Hertz Drums\HertzDrums.exe

8. How many computers can I use with per one Hertz Drums license?
You can use two computers per license.
9. Can I use Hertz Drums with E-Drums?
Yes. Hertz Drums supports CC communication for hi-hat and different presets to adjust it to make your playing as much comfortable as possible.

To play any of our packs you need our Hertz Drums software.
